Sponsor: The Sponsors of The Great Pacific Northwest Adventure Giveaway are Super Pacific, Inc. (8520 NE Alderwood Rd. Portland, OR 97220) and Ledlenser (80 SE Madison St, Suite 130, Portland, OR, 97214). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.

Eligibility: The Great Pacific Northwest Adventure Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://superpacificusa.com/pnw-adventure-giveaway/ and are 25 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the continental United States, and is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to, New York, Rhode Island, and Florida. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsors their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Winner agrees to create a verified account on Outdoorsy.com, to abide by all Outdoorsy.com terms and conditions, and conform to all Outdoorsy.com vehicle use eligibility requirements to be eligible to use the Super Pacific vehicle as part of the giveaway. If winner does not meet the requirements to use vehicles through the website Outdoorsy.com, winner will forfeit the portion of the prize that includes the use of the truck and camper.

Agreement to Rules: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner. By entering the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 18 July, 2023 at 7:00AM PDT and ends on 28 July, 2023 at 11:59PM PDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Super Pacific, Inc.’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: In order to enter, during the Entry Period, visit: https://superpacificusa.com/pnw-adventure-giveaway and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information and submit the entry form. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or requirements of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide all information requested in order to be eligible to win a prize. You may only enter once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar or otherwise fraudulent entry methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

Prizes: The winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:

1 winner will receive The Grand Prize (approximate retail value $7000 USD ).

The Grand Prize Winner will receive :
(i) Up to 7-day rental of Super Pacific Adventure Truck (valued at $1,400) through Outdoorsy.com; (ii) Gas Card (valued at $500); (iii) Purchase of Airfare for two (2) people to and from Portland, Oregon (value subject to departure city and ticket rates at time of booking).Travel includes round trip airfare from the major airport nearest to the winners residence, limited to the continental United States. Travel and use of truck are limited to dates between May 1st and October 15 to ensure safe travel conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to postpone or reschedule travel and use of truck due to severe weather, natural disaster, or otherwise unsafe travel conditions. Travel must be booked and redeemed no later than October 15th 2024. If Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Portland, Oregon no airfare prize will be awarded. Airfare component does not include cost of additional luggage, seat upgrades, meals, or other extra benefits related to the air travel booking. Winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent or legal guardian of the guest, and Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Prize does not include any costs related to food, drink, lodging, or entertainment for the winner during the rental period. All travel arrangements are at Sponsor's discretion. Certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply;

Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

Actual value of items included in Grand Prize may differ at the time the prize is awarded. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winners of any prize with a value of $600 or greater that are citizens of the U.S. will be issued a 1099 U.S. Tax Form for the retail value of the prize . Winners agree to the use of winner’s name, likeness, and/or prize and entry information by the Sponsors in any medium without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release .

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor within 15 days of the Entry Period end date. The Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of selection and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 7 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release as may be required, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected by Sponsor. Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Super Pacific and Ledlenser from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Super Pacific and Ledlenser may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

Terms and Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select a winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of applicable law by Winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to statutory and common law claims for misappropriation or entrant’s right of publicity. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby disclaim all liability arising from or relating to (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical or human failures, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (vi) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (vii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (viii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor. The Released Parties expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind (whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise), including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Multnomah County, Oregon; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of any other entrant or Sponsor in connection with the any portion of the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Oregon or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Oregon. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree that Oregon will be the exclusive forum for any formal dispute resolution.
