Super Pacific, Inc. (“Super Pacific”) provides a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period is two years and it is transferable within that period.
Warranty coverage extends exclusively to component failure resulting from faulty manufacturing. Super Pacific cannot protect against damage incurred by negligence, acts of nature, accident, tampering, misuse, overloading, cosmetic blemishing, or improper cleaning or storage.
Super Pacific does not warranty issues generated by normal wear and tear, (including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, and cosmetic oxidation or fading) inappropriate use of products, and alterations not authorized by Super Pacific.
Please keep your original sales receipt and/or purchase order. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.
If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Super Pacific may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or elect to refund the original purchase price, not including the cost of shipping and handling, instead of rendering repair or replacement services.
If the product is to be returned to Super Pacific for service, you are responsible for the cost and liability of the return freighting.
If you have any questions regarding this Warranty please contact us at (971) 357-2513, or email@example.com.
