Our signature X1 Pro Tune-Up is a complete maintenance service performed by the experts who built your camper, to ensure everything is working smoothly for the journey ahead. Inspected. Tuned. FactoryPro™ certified.

Standard Pro Tune-up Service—What's Included:

  • Pre-Service Inspection: Our technician inspects your camper and truck before beginning work to confirm standard tune-up requirements. We'll also inspect your camper's key systems and components to identify any maintenance needs or recommended services.
  • Canopy Door Latch Tune-Up: Inspection, adjustment, and lubrication to keep your canopy door latches operating smoothly.
  • Clamshell Latch Service: Lubrication and adjustment of your tent's blue clamshell latches for smooth, reliable operation.
  • Clamshell Alignment: Inspection of the clamshell for misalignment and adjustment, as needed.
  • Mounting Hardware Inspection: Inspection and tightening of camper-to-truck mounting points to ensure everything is secure. Replacement mounting hardware included (if needed).
  • Labor*: Includes up to 45 minutes of service labor.

Service Appointment Details:

  • Location: Super Pacific HQ — Portland, OR only
  • Service Time: Approx. 45 mins. for a standard service
  • Scheduling: By appointment only

*Additional Labor: Some campers may require extra or recommended work beyond the standard service.

If additional services or labor is required, it will be billed at $160/hour in 15-minute increments, unless otherwise stated. Our technician will explain any additional services and costs and obtain your approval before proceeding with the work.
