Restore your X1 Camper's tent lift or upgrade to higher-capacity struts to better support additional roof loads. Our expert team handles the replacement and installation to keep your tent operating smoothly and reliably. Installed. Tested. FactoryPro™ Certified.

Standard Service —What's Included:

• Pre-Service Inspection: Our technician inspects your camper and truck before beginning work to confirm standard installation requirements.
  
• Strut Replacement or Upgrade*: Replace worn tent struts or upgrade to higher-capacity struts for increased roof load support.
• Professional Installation: Removal of existing struts and installation of new components.
• Functional Testing: Verify proper tent opening, closing, and strut operation.
• Included Parts: Set of 2 replacement struts and hardware.
• Labor**: Standard service Includes up to 45 minutes of installation labor.
  

Service Appointment Details:

• Location: Super Pacific HQ — Portland, OR only
• Scheduling: By appointment only

*Higher-capacity struts can assist with opening the tent with additional load mounted on top, but do not increase the camper's structural roof load rating.

**Additional Labor: Some campers may have installation complications that require extra work beyond the standard service. If additional labor is required, it will be billed at $160/hour in 15-minute increments. Our technician will explain any additional costs and obtain your approval before proceeding with the work.
