A Complimentary Super Pacific FactoryPro™ Service for Eligible X1 Owners*

Your X1 is built for the long haul, and we're here to help keep it performing at its best. Our X1 Warranty Tune-Up is a complimentary factory maintenance service available to qualifying owners under their original X1 warranty.

Performed by the experts who built your camper, this service includes inspection, adjustment, and maintenance of key components to keep everything operating smoothly for the miles ahead. Inspected. Tuned. FactoryPro™ certified.

*Warranty Eligibility: This complimentary service is included with select X1 warranties and is not available to all owners. If your camper is still within its original warranty period, please contact our Owner Support team to confirm your eligibility before scheduling. Warranty coverage and eligibility must be verified.

Standard Warranty Tune-Up — What's Included:

  • Pre-Service Inspection: Our technician inspects your camper and truck, checks key components, and identifies any additional maintenance or service recommendations.
  • Canopy Door Latch Tune-Up: Inspection, adjustment, and lubrication to keep your canopy door latches operating smoothly.
  • Clamshell Latch Service: Lubrication and adjustment of your tent's blue clamshell latches for smooth, reliable operation.
  • Clamshell Alignment: Inspection for misalignment and adjustment as needed.
  • Mounting Hardware Inspection: Inspection and tightening of camper-to-truck mounting points, including replacement mounting hardware if needed.
  • Complimentary Labor*: Includes up to 45 minutes of standard tune-up labor for eligible owners.

Service Appointment Details:

  • Cost: Complimentary for eligible X1 warranty holders
  • Location: Super Pacific HQ — Portland, OR only
  • Service Time: Approx. 45 mins. for a standard tune-up
  • Scheduling: By appointment only, following warranty eligibility verification

*Additional Service & Labor: The complimentary Warranty Tune-Up covers the standard services listed above. Some campers may require additional maintenance, repairs, or labor outside the scope of this service.

Additional work is billed at $160/hour in 15-minute increments, unless otherwise specified or covered separately under your warranty.

Our technician will explain any recommended services and associated costs and obtain your approval before proceeding with any billable work.
