For X1 Campers, CloudCap, and Super Pacific Accessories purchased on or after 4/1/2025

WARRANTY POLICY 

Super Pacific, Inc. (“Super Pacific”) provides a limited warranty for the original purchaser from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not extend to or transfer to any subsequent owners. 

What does the warranty cover? 

Defects in material and workmanship for all parts manufactured by Super Pacific. 

What is the warranty period? 

  • Camper, clamshell, and hard good accessories - 5 years 
  • Sewn tent - 3 years 
  • Soft Goods & Hard Goods Accessories Manufactured by Super Pacific - Lifetime 

What is excluded? 

This limited warranty does not cover damage incurred through: (1) normal wear and tear; (2) negligence, accident, tampering, misuse, overloading, improper cleaning or storage; (3) environmental exposure, including, but not limited to road salt, hail, windstorm, freezing, flooding, fire, or to any occurrence that might be termed an Act of God or Force Majeure; (4) normal deterioration, including but not limited to rust, oxidation, corrosion, fading or discoloration; (5) defects in materials and workmanship of products manufactured by companies other than Super Pacific (example: refrigerators, furnaces, awnings, roof racks, gas springs, propane tanks, etc.) or any other product or device installed by you or any third party after the original date of purchase; (6) damage to products manufactured by companies other than Super Pacific resulting from use with Super Pacific products or damage to Super Pacific products resulting from use with products manufactured by companies other than Super Pacific installed by you or any third party after the original date of purchase. 

Flaws considered to be cosmetic and not structural may or may not be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Super Pacific. 

Water or dust intrusion will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Super Pacific cannot guarantee that water and dust will never get into your canopy or tent. 

What are the remedies under this Warranty? 

Please keep your original sales receipt and/or invoice.  Proof of purchase from Super Pacific is required to obtain warranty performance. Warranty is not transferable upon sale. 

If Super Pacific determines that your product is defective within your warranty period, contact us at service@superpacificUSA.com. Super Pacific may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or elect to refund the original purchase price, not including the cost of shipping and handling, instead of rendering repair or replacement services. 

If the product is to be returned to Super Pacific for service, Super Pacific is not responsible for the cost and liability of the return freight.

For X1 Campers, CloudCap, and Super Pacific Accessories purchased on or before 3/31/2025

Super Pacific, Inc. (“Super Pacific”) provides a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period is two years, and it is transferable within that period. 

Warranty coverage extends exclusively to component failure resulting from faulty manufacturing. Super Pacific cannot protect against damage incurred by negligence, accident, tampering, misuse, overloading, cosmetic blemishing, improper cleaning or storage, or force majeure events. 

Super Pacific does not warranty issues generated by normal wear and tear, (including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, and cosmetic oxidation or fading) inappropriate use of products, and alterations not authorized by Super Pacific. Water or dust intrusion will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Super Pacific cannot guarantee water or dust will never get into your canopy or tent. Please keep your original sales receipt and/or invoice.  Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. 

If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact us at service@superpacificusa.com
